Step into the Storybook-
Captain Flint, the notorious pirate, hid a treasure chest in Waynesville during a secret inland journey by he and his crew in 1742. His cryptic journal, recently unearthed contains clues scattered across town!
The Ship Of Fools, a little known ship of his wrecked along the Little Miami with some from his old crew and Jim Hawkins in our village.
YOU must help us find this treasure during Literary Adventure, Robert Louis Stevenson: Treasure Island

Bring your crew, solve the riddles, complete tasks, and collect pieces of eight and tokens to unlock the chest’s location!
Treasure Hunts-
Adult (and kids 12 and up) *1pm-5pm* Start at the Main Street Gazebo. Meet Long John Silver, Isreal Hands, Billy Bones, and Jim Hawkins while searching for Flint’s lost hoard. Complete tasks, solve riddles, and have fun! All who complete this task will receive a bit of treasure, prizes from our shops and restaurants to take home as well a special gift. This treasure hunt is $5 per person, or $15 per crew of four to participate. Limited time to complete and all participants get prizes. Purchase your quest at the gazebo when you check in. Solvable within 1 hour.
Kids Hunt- All Day and FREE! Start at the Main Street Gazebo, get your map and find all four locations to win a prize!
Scavenger Hunt- All Day and FREE! Grab your map at the Main Street Gazebo, Stone House Tavern or Mami Fina’s and explore the town, shops and restaurants. Complete and turn in to Green Feather Apothecary 234 High St. to enter to win a Treasure Island Literary Adventures tshirt! 10 winners!
